Order Processing

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

Delayed Shipments

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package appears lost or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
