Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Intimate or hygiene-related items.
- Gift cards and downloadable products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received (if applicable), your refund will be processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After processing or shipment has started, orders cannot be canceled.
Non-Delivery
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
